Certification means that the urgent care center meets the international standards of urgent care practice through the demonstrated commitment to enhancing the scope of services and accessibility to care.
Begin the application process by emailing us at quality@ucaoa.org. Include with your email: the program of interest, organization’s legal name, key contact (full name, email address, and phone number), and number of centers.
Once the application is complete and payment received, you will receive a welcome email with a link to the Quality Programs Resource Center containing resources to assist in the Certification process. Documentation demonstrating compliance with Certification criteria are uploaded to the UCA portal for review.
Upon document review and confirmation of compliance, Certification is granted for 36 months from the date of application (initial centers).
